friendly staff clean place efficient staff old furniture terribly hot air conditioning
The staff was great and friendly. the place as a whole was very clean and tidy. the room cleaning staff were highly efficient. They cleaned our room every day while my wife and i went for breakfast.
I stayed in the older part of the hotel. the furniture was also old. It really needs to be updated. it was terribly hot. I couldn't adjust the air conditioning at all.

The breakfast buffet had many options. The hotel also provided convenient parking.
The room was not like the pictures I saw when I booked. Apparently, only some of the rooms got renovated. My room was drab and old, opposite to the advertised rooms.

fantastic stay!
helpful staff fresh food
The staff was consistently friendly and helpful, especially ivanka, rafella, zdanka, and ivica. the breakfast was excellent. I especially loved the fresh food. i also found the lobby music surprisingly relaxing, setting a great tone for my stay.
i was accommodated in the old part of the hotel, and the furniture felt dated. it was terribly hot. using the air conditioner meant dealing with significant noise, while opening the window brought in loud car sounds.

the hotel is close to shops, restaurants, and transport options. the bus stop is only a 5-minute walk away. it is a decent place for activities.

the rooms looked like they were recently renovated, it was the best refit i've seen!!! comfortable beds complemented the clean environment. my double or twin room was very clean and tidy.
